Medal Thresholds
Set score cutoffs per competition, division, and age group. Saved to the database so all devices use the same rules. Leave a group blank to skip it.
Note: for Chakrasana (race times) LOWER is better — set Gold as the SLOWEST time still earning gold (e.g. ≤ handled automatically).

Push winners to Stage Caller
Finalize the current medal winners into the winners list the Stage Caller displays (with photo + details). Review first, then push.
Certificates
Participation certificates for every registered athlete (one per category entered), and achievement certificates for medal winners. Print in bulk, print a selection, or save as PDF — use Destination → Save as PDF in the print dialog to download instead of print.
Rules applied automatically: “Both” athletes get two Yogasana certificates · every Malaysian International athlete also gets a National certificate · athletes with no category flags still get one participation certificate.
Preview
Shown on simulated yellow Concorde paper — the certificate itself prints ink-only with no background, so it takes the colour of whatever paper is in the tray.
Certificate settings
Wording, signatories and age-group names printed on every certificate. Saved on this device.
Athletes
Full registered list with photos. Sort, search, and soft-delete (a deleted athlete disappears from certificates, medals and stage instantly; restore any time).
NFC ID Stickers
Prints athlete ID stickers at exact NFC-card size (ISO ID-1, 85.6 × 54 mm), 9 per A4 sheet, dashed cut lines. Print on sticker paper with the same settings as certificates — A4, Landscape, Margins None — then cut on the dashed line and stick straight onto the card that Registration wrote the NFC ID to.
